Emmalee is an experienced litigation lawyer, specialising in insolvency, restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
Emmalee’s legal qualifications are underpinned by her full membership to Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), Masters in Business Administration and prior restructuring and insolvency experience in a ‘big 4’ accounting capacity.
Emmalee’s experience in navigating complex legal matters spans across a range of appointment types, jurisdictions (Australia and overseas) and industries including aviation, pharmaceutical, mining and manufacturing.
Emmalee’s dual industry experience in both Law and Accounting and strategic approach, allows her to achieve optimal commercial outcomes for her clients.
