Ben is a Special Counsel in the Sydney office who specialises in advising a range of clients, including state government and private sector clients, in relation to major projects involving information technology, telecommunications and general outsourcing. This includes drafting and negotiating complex software licensing and commercialisation arrangements, multi-jurisdiction outsourcing agreements, services agreements, service level arrangements and other key documents relating to the procurement of information technology systems and software.
