Daniel acts on matters which are the subject of litigation in the South Australian Employment Tribunal and also provides advice on undetermined claims or the management of active claims.
Daniel provides strategic advice on the merits of the claim and where possible, looks to provide tailored advice on minimising quantum and parameters towards an early, cost-effective resolution.
