She has experience in acting on sales and acquisitions of residential, commercial, retail and industrial property ranging from complex acquisitions to off-the-plan high rise and broad acre developments. She particularly enjoys working with her clients to develop strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

Cin Dy’s experience includes advising:
- Dennis Family Corporation and Asset1 on all aspects of their various broadacre developments;
- Beulah Projects, Dong Cheng, Everbright Group, Little Projects,Setia and Sunbright on their acquisition of development sites, and their high rise off-the-plan residential, and mixed use developments;
- Various real estate investment trusts on the acquisition, disposal, leasing and licensing of retail, commercial and industrial properties in Victoria; and
- A Victorian Government department on the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties throughout Victoria.
