Christine is a Special Counsel in HWLE’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, bringing more than three decades of experience in civil litigation.
She has practised exclusively in litigation since admission and has extensive experience in injuries and compensation claims, commercial disputes, workers’ compensation matters and estate litigation.
Christine is known for her thorough preparation, deep procedural knowledge and strong advocacy on behalf of her clients.
Christine has appeared as counsel in the Supreme Court of Tasmania, Magistrate’s Court of Tasmania including coronial matters, Federal Court, Administrative Review Tribunal and TASCAT/Workers Compensation Tribunal
