Christine is a Special Counsel in the Commercial Litigation Practice in the Perth office.
Christine acts for a range of legal entities, including insurers, listed and unlisted corporations and partnerships, and individuals on a broad range of complex commercial and insurance matters.
Her areas of expertise include professional liability, directors and officers’ liability, building and construction, property damage, regulatory investigations / prosecutions, including contraventions of the Corporations Act and ASIC Act and contractual disputes.
Christine is a skilled litigator who regularly appears / instructs Counsel in a range of jurisdictions.

- A consultant engineer and its insurer Advising in relation to a multiparty Supreme Court claim concerning allegations of negligent engineering advice resulting in property damage.
- An individual and company Advising in pursuing a claim against former accountants for negligent tax advice.
- A state government entity Acting in the defence of a complex breach of contract and loss of opportunity claim concerning the supply and installation of plant and equipment.
- An insurer of an engineer Acting for an insurer of an engineer who was sued in the Supreme Court for negligent design of a major construction project, with damages in excess of $50 million.
- The CFO of an ASX listed company Advising in relation to investigations by multiple Australian and American regulatory authorities relating to non-disclosure.
