Caroline Faeh is a Special Counsel in HWLE’s Commonwealth Government group.
Caroline acts for institutional investors, government entities, developers, lenders and private clients on a broad range of property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development projects, renewable energy securitisation, property finance and due diligence exercises. She is recognised for providing practical, commercially focused advice and delivering solutions that align with her clients’ strategic objectives.
Caroline has extensive experience managing development portfolios, negotiating complex transaction documents and advising on shopping centre expansion, change of use and securitisation of build to rent. She works closely with clients to navigate risk, facilitate successful outcomes and ensure transactions are completed efficiently.
Caroline is also committee member of the ACT Property Council Economic Development Committee.
