Callum Fraser
Callum Fraser is a Special Counsel in the Insurance team in the Perth office.
Callum specialises in worker’s compensation claims under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 and common law claims arising from work-related accidents.
Callum assists clients defending and managing statutory and common law claims. These clients include insurance companies, self-insured employers and the Government Insurance Division.
Experience
- CGU Workers Compensation in regard to the potential recovery from a third party of workers’ compensation payments paid to an injured worker;
- CGU Workers Compensation and WFI in regard to current and potential common law claims; and
- A banking client in regard to an alleged work-related stress claim.
