Bronte is a Partner in the HWLE Perth Statutory Insurance group.
Bronte has spent most of her career working in personal injury litigation, representing State Government, Local Government, private insurers, self-insured corporates and claimants. She has a broad range of experience advising on claims arising under workers’ compensation (both state and federal), third party motor vehicle and general liability.
Bronte is an experienced dispute resolution advocate, with extensive experience in representing clients at all stages of the WorkCover WA Conciliation and Arbitration process, as well as in the District Court and Supreme Court. Bronte’s focus is on providing technically sound and commercially focused outcomes for her clients.
