Audrey’s experience includes advising:
- A Doctor in relation to suspension of registration. Audrey successfully had the suspension overturned on Appeal;
- Medical Defence Organisations by representing their members before QCAT, the Office of the Health Ombudsman, Inquest Inquiries, Medicare Enquiries, and before the Courts;
- Various doctors with immediate registration action, Inquest appearances and evidence;
- Various clients by defending civil claims for professional negligence causing injury; and
- A Confidential client at a highly publicised inquest avoiding a finding for the client.
