Construction and Infrastructure
Angela advises clients on the procurement and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects. Angela is familiar with the full suite of delivery methods, including design and construct, construct only, operation and maintenance, managing contractor, alliance, PPP, consultancies, services contracts, funding agreements, interface agreements and supply contracts.
Experience
Angela’s recent experience includes acting for:
- Sydney Motorway Corporation and WestConnex Delivery Authority on procurement of integrated operations and maintenance for the three separate stages of the A$16.8bn WestConnex Project;
- WSA Co on the proposed Sydney Metro rail interface and roads interface to be constructed on airport land during construction of the $5.3b Western Sydney Airport, architect and planning consultancy contracts;
- Sydney Metro on interface agreements, consents, landowner entitlements and injunctive rights in connection with the road interface aspects of the $12.5b Sydney Metro City & Southwest Project; and
- Commonwealth of Australia as owner of Moorebank Intermodal Company in respect of the $1.8b Moorebank Intermodal Project to deliver an International/Interstate freight terminal, warehousing and associated rail connection to the South Sydney Freight Line.
