Amy Corry is a Special Counsel in the Sydney Insurance Group, with extensive experience in employers’ liability and workers compensation litigation. She advises insurers, self-insurers, and employers on all aspects of statutory claims under both the 1926 and 1987 Workers Compensation Acts, including matters involving deemed workers, exempt workers, and coal miners. Amy regularly appears in the Personal Injury Commission, District and Supreme Courts, and the NSW Court of Appeal.
