  • A Major Shopping Centre in defence of personal injury claims across a number of different centres;
  • Compulsory Third Party Insurers in defence of personal injury claims following motor vehicle accidents;
  • An International Insurer in relation to interpretation of travel insurance policies;
  • Airlines in defence of personal injury claims; and
  • A Marine Insurer in relation to claims for damages for personal injuries sustained by passengers on board marine vessels.
