- Compulsory Third Party Insurers in defence of personal injury claims following motor vehicle accidents;
- An International Insurer in relation to interpretation of travel insurance policies;
- Airlines in defence of personal injury claims; and
- A Marine Insurer in relation to claims for damages for personal injuries sustained by passengers on board marine vessels.
