HWLE Lawyers strengthens property team with key partner appointment
Firm News
HWLE Lawyers has expanded its property law capabilities in South Australia with the appointment of Adam Rinaldi as partner. Formerly the national head of real estate at Piper Alderman, Rinaldi joins HWLE alongside several key members of his former team. This expansion follows HWLE’s recent acquisition of environmental and planning law specialists Botten Levinson Lawyers.
Describing the move as an exciting new chapter, Rinaldi expressed enthusiasm about joining a team of highly regarded legal professionals with deep industry insight.
“Excellence comes from working with the best. Joining HWLE Lawyers allows my team to continue delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice supported by the industry-leading depth of expertise of the firm’s broader practice areas,” Rinaldi said.
He highlighted HWLE’s client-focused “no-tier” approach as a key motivator for the move. “HWLE’s capability to act for clients across all industries and sizes, from high-net-worth individuals to listed REITs, was a compelling factor in our decision,” he said.
Chief Executive Partner Russell Mailler said the appointment supports the firm’s broader strategy of strengthening its South Australian property offering.
“Adam’s addition, along with key members of his team, complements the recent acquisition of Botten Levinson Lawyers and reflects our continued investment in building a well-rounded, client-focused property practice in South Australia,” Mailler said. “He brings a wealth of experience to our property team, deepening our local and national capability and reinforcing our commitment to the broader real estate sector.“
