HWLE Lawyers has advised Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd (“Domino’s”) on the successful completion of its A$1.05 billion group debt refinancing for its global operations.

The new debt facilities refinance Domino’s existing borrowings and provide the company with an improved and more flexible capital structure, including extended maturities and enhanced liquidity, supporting the company’s strategic and operational priorities.

As well as negotiating the revised funding arrangements, HWLE worked closely with foreign counsel in 9 jurisdictions to provide local law advice and deliver opinions to the lenders as part of the transaction.

This deal represents a continuation of the firm’s strong relationship with Domino’s, having acted on the 1,000th property matter for the company last year.
