HWL Ebsworth has advised Centuria on the acquisition of two industrial property assets for $42.3 million across Victoria and Queensland

HWL Ebsworth has advised Centuria on the acquisition of two industrial property assets for $42.3 million across Victoria and Queensland and on the associated capital raising of $70 million by Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP).

The Victorian acquisition was led by Partner David Marriott and Senior Associate Rupert Lugo with the assistance of Law Graduate Adele Carrubba and Solicitor Nathaniel Leong, while the property acquisition in Queensland was led by Special Counsel Craig Willey with the assistance of Associate Julie Hidalgo.

The capital raising was led by Partners James Lonie and Grant Hummel in Sydney.

HWL Ebsworth has previously acted for Centuria on its $500 million office property acquisition and the associated $100 million capital equity raising in 2018.
