HWL Ebsworth has advised G-LINK International Limited (SSX:899) on its compliance listing on the Sydney Stock Exchange (SSX). Shares in G-LINK began trading on 26 June 2017 under the SSX code 899.

Melbourne-based corporate lawyers Thomas Kim (Partner) and David Woodford (Special Counsel) led the capital markets transaction, supported by Liselle Fernandes (Associate) and Kenneth Lee (Solicitor).

G-LINK’s operations were founded in 2010 in China and its main business involves the design, manufacture and sales of mould machinery parts, injection mould and mechanical products. G-LINK has grown rapidly in the past few years, and has provided mould machinery parts and injection moulds to clients in China and around the world.

G-LINK also conducts a wine distribution business, and has entered into a wine supply agreement and a wine distribution agreement.

G-LINK’s SSX listing further strengthens HWL Ebsworth’s capital markets practice, and in particular, its Asian capability by facilitating Asian inbound and outbound investment.
