HWL Ebsworth has advised Centuria on the acquisition of the Telstra Data Centre in Clayton, Victoria – in the largest individual industrial asset deal to be completed in Australia. This deal is also the largest individual purchase for Centuria. The deal involved both the acquisition of the Telstra Data Centre site and a lease back to Telstra for a minimum term of 30 years.
