04 October 2022

HWL Ebsworth has advised Berrimah Holdings Pty Ltd on the sale of Darwin Corporate Park for $78.5 million to a private equity group in South Australia.

Darwin Corporate Park is a premier business park for mixed use commercial office space located in Greater Darwin.

The deal was contingent on the construction of bet365’s approximately 3,500 m2 Australian headquarters within the business park, nearly tripling its current tenancy area.

The sale is one of the largest commercial real estate sales in Darwin’s history.

HWL Ebsworth deal team was led by Richard Giles, Partner and Andrew Giles, Special Counsel.
