HWL Ebsworth acts for Abacus on the $311 million acquisition of 99 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW

HWL Ebsworth has advised Abacus Property Group on the acquisition of 99 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW for $311.3 million. Abacus recently announced the exchange of contracts with settlement anticipated by year end.
