- NSW, Queensland and Tasmanian Governments Advising on the procurement and long term operation & maintenance of specialised fixed wing and rotary wing emergency services assets under a hybrid PPP services agreement structure.
- Transport for NSW M6 Motorway Asset Management Project Advised on the successful procurement of the M6 Motorway Asset Management project for TfNSW, with the overall M6 project value in excess of $3billion.
- South Australian Government Advised on the $1.6 billion commercialisation of its land services assets and the $427 million sale of the right to operate SA Lotteries to the Tatts Group, and the $670 million divestment of interests in SA forestry plantations.
- Victoria North East Link Advising on this world-first incentivised target cost PPP model for the delivery of a $14billion+ road tunnel.
- Victoria Police Advising in relation to all legal, regulatory and commercial aspects of Victoria Police’s aviation capability; advising in relation to various construction projects and service/maintenance contracts for Victoria Police properties; advising and negotiating commercial contracts.
- University merger Advising in relation to a range of issues concerning the merger between the University of South Australia and The University of Adelaide (biggest university merger in the world) including negotiating with the ACCC for merger clearances and authorisation of joint procurement and passage of authorisation provisions in legislation establishing the new Adelaide University.
- QLD Department of Education Assisting with procurement of clean internet services to all state schools in Queensland, including advising on compliance with privacy and confidentiality obligations.
- Darwin Civic Centre Advised Territory owned property development and construction company DCOH on its $150 million redevelopment project of the Darwin Civic Centre.
- NSW Government Telecommunications Authority In relation to core procurement activities relating to IT, telecommunications and outsourcing.
- NSW Department of Education Advising on the $6billion+ NSW Schools Infrastructure program throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception / planning stages, procurement (through various contracting models) and dispute resolution.
- Queensland Building and Construction Commission Acted for the Queensland regulator (and its predecessors) since 1985, in all aspects of its business including administrative review regarding licensing, home warranty insurance and defective works and providing policy advice and training.
- VIC Department of Health Advising on many complex and critical data sharing initiatives to enable appropriate sharing of information within the Victorian public sector, with the Commonwealth and other government agencies at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
