Isabelle has managed insurance and commercial litigation across various jurisdictions including class actions, regulatory proceedings and matters concerning disputed insurance claims. Isabelle also assists clients with respect to insurance claims under assessment, superannuation, reinsurance treaty issues, product and underwriting matters. She has successfully managed AFCA disputes through to determination, prepared regulatory responses and undertaken contract reviews.
