Adam is a transactional property law and leasing specialist. Adam works with a wide range of clients including government agencies, fund managers, financial institutions, developers, international investors and listed and unlisted REITs.

Adam specialises in advising clients on large capital market transactions delivering best outcomes and solutions to meet transaction objectives. Commercially orientated and minded, but attentive to risk mitigation, Adam delivers tailored and pragmatic solutions to meet the specific needs of clients predicated on a collaborative and formulated strategy based on identified transactions objectives. He is service and client orientated and runs an extremely responsive practice operating to a high standard delivering tangible and client-focused outcomes.

Adam’s experience includes acquisitions and disposals, negotiating project, joint venture and development agreements, title structuring and subdivisions, transaction structuring and complex leasing.

Adam has acted for Government entities on various landmark leasing commitments and assists with some of the largest infrastructure projects in the nation. Adam’s expertise extends to the private sector including in the areas of childcare, renewable energy projects and commercial leasing.

Adam has been a recommended lawyer in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for Real Estate since 2021. He is recognised by his peers in The Best Lawyers® in Australia for Leasing Law and Real Property Law (since 2021).   • South Australian State Government (Department for Infrastructure and Transport) Advising on its landmark leasing commitment of 10,215m² at Market Square – a transformative AU$400 million mixed-use development in Adelaide’s CBD.
  • Cleanaway Advising on its divestment of a heavy industrial facility in Unanderra NSW.
