Melissa works with boards, in-house teams and professional advisors to navigate complex restructuring, enforcement and commercial litigation issues. She advises on contentious and non-contentious informal and formal insolvency and restructuring processes, in particular:

  1. working with boards on Safe Harbour and turnaround planning;
  2. advising capital providers in distressed scenarios to execute debt for equity swaps and other restructuring strategies; and
  3. acting for insolvency practitioners, significant creditors and other stakeholders (including governmental departments) in contested insolvency processes and complex litigation matters
