Deborah Chun is a Special Counsel in the Corporate & Commercial Group of HWL Ebsworth in Sydney. As part of the firm’s private equity practice, Deborah regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, Australian foreign investment rules, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Deborah’s expertise also includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents (such as share sale agreements and shareholders agreement) and other commercial agreements.
Deborah is a qualified accountant, and prior to specialising in corporate and commercial law, she was an experienced tax lawyer with a top tier law firm.
