Jonathan is a Special Counsel in the Workplace Relations and Safety team at HWL Ebsworth and has been practising in the area of employment law and industrial relations since 1999.
Jonathan has over 17 years of experience in private practice and 3 years of experience as a Senior In-house Lawyer for the Australian and International Pilots Association.
Jonathan has proven abilities in providing legal, strategic and practical advice to employers, employees and Unions. Through his private practice and in-house experience, Jonathan has developed a unique insight into the employment and industrial relations strategies of employers and unions having acted for both sides.
