Dispute Resolution

Navigating disputes requires a strategic approach that balances legal rigour with commercial pragmatism. Our Dispute Resolution team understands that clients often prioritise cost-effective, reputationally sound outcomes over courtroom victories. We focus on resolving matters efficiently, whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration.

Our lawyers appear in all major Australian courts and tribunals and utilise advanced e-discovery tools to manage complex, large-scale litigation. Our team acts for listed companies, government, private enterprises as well as individuals, tailoring our approach to suit the nature and scale of each dispute to achieve a commercial outcome.

By engaging our experts early, at the commencement of transactions or during contract negotiations, we can assist clients to mitigate risk and avoid future disputes.
