The Opportunity

Our Workplace Relations & Safety team advises both large and small corporate clients as well as government and statutory authorities. It is an employer practice acting for public and private sector employers across all industries. They also work closely with our Commercial team on a range of diverse and interesting transactional matters. We have a supportive and collaborative team, a healthy work-life balance, and a transparent pathway for promotion to partnership

About you

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working within an established and reputable employment law practice across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You’ll have an understanding of workplace relations, industrial relations and safety law as well as experience providing advice on employment matters across a range of commercial transactions. You will client relationships, taking the lead on matters, working with the team including juniors and will have a genuine appetite to assist in growing the practice.
