The Sydney Office has an exciting opportunity to join the firm as a Solicitor in our highly respected Workplace Relations & Safety team.

About you

The ideal candidate might have:

  • 2 – 4 Years PQE;
  • Demonstrated experience working within an established and reputable employment and safety law practice;
  • Broad experience providing advice on employment and safety matters, as well as litigation experience;
  • You’ll have the knowledge of the safety law and risk management;
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; and
  • A genuine appetite to assist in growing the practice.

About the opportunity

Our Workplace Relations & Safety team advises on large construction and mining sites advising a range of interesting and challenging legal issues. You will be part of a team which assists its clients to find solutions to complex workplace relations and safety issues. Opportunity to interact with clients and attend various work sites, gaining valuable industry experience. You will also represent clients in relation to safety/regulatory safety prosecutions. This role will be mentored by the safety partner of the practice group Greg McCann.
