The Opportunity
We are seeking Senior Associates to join our highly regarded Melbourne property team. You will work on top tier matters, work with our prominent client base and assist in leading and developing our exceptional group of junior lawyers. You’ll have the opportunity to run complex commercial, industrial, retail and residential transactions, acquisitions, bulk developments and leasing matters.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years PAE;
- Strong transactional/commercial leasing experience (office, industrial and retail) acting for both landlords and tenants;
- Strong experience in Property development and commercial transactions;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; and
- Passion for mentoring our talented junior cohort.
