HWL Ebsworth has advised leading property advisory company Herron Todd White in relation to a partnership with Quadrant Private Equity. Quadrant Private Equity acquired a majority stake in Herron Todd White for a combination of cash and scrip.
Herron Todd White currently operates 60 offices across Australia with more than 800 staff and has operated in Australia for over 55 years, while Quadrant Private Equity has been one of Australia’s leading private equity investors for 28 years.
The partnership will enable Herron Todd White to further invest in its people, technology and data assets, and will help to expand the group’s capabilities through acquisitions to accelerate growth plans.
