The opportunity
We have an opportunity for a senior lawyer to join our highly regarded Property team. We offer our senior lawyers a breadth of experience and opportunities that cannot be matched. Our Property Practice Group, comprising of 5 Partners, a talented group of lawyers across all levels and a large experienced paralegal team, is uniquely placed within the legal market with exposure to all parts of the property industry. Our size, experience and expertise attracts instructions from tier-one property developer clients. Equally, we can offer high quality value-for-money services on small to medium projects.
The candidate will work closely with 2 Partners who specialise in working with developers on major mixed use property developments in all aspects of the lifecycle of a development. The candidate will have technical expertise in mixed use developments, community titles schemes, management rights, bulk lot conveyancing and development site acquisitions.
The high quality, fast paced legal work and clients with mentoring and support from the partners and other senior lawyers will provide you with every opportunity to grow and develop. Our size, range of experience and pricing model will provide you with everything you need to succeed.
The role is an opportunity to work on top tier matters, collaborate with our prominent client base and assist in leading and developing our exceptional group of junior lawyers.
Skills and Experience
Specific skills and experience required for this role include:
- 5+ years PAE.
- Experience in property law, specialising in community titles schemes.
- Strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills to assist in developing our junior cohort who are exceptionally talented, motivated and passionate.
