Danielle has over 20 years of experience assisting clients with all legal aspects of the employment relationship, assisting a range of clients across the construction, resources, agribusiness, transport, education, retail and health sectors.
Danielle’s focus is on partnering with clients to provide commercial, strategic and timely representation and advice on complex employment matters. Danielle assists clients to solve their complex employment and safety issues, including the investigation of all issues that arise both in the employment relationship and outside the employment relationship, dealing with ill and injured employees, the investigation of major safety incidents, dealing with work health and safety regulators, employment issues on transmission of businesses, executive remuneration structuring and documentation, employment related taxation and superannuation advice and representation in all employment related litigation.

- Resources Sector Contractor Investigating concerns raised by an employee who alleged that their position had been selected for redundancy because they had raised concerns about bullying in the workplace.
- Construction Sector Contractor Providing due diligence advice on all employment matters arising from the acquisition by assets of a competitor, including the transmission of employment and entitlements.
- Resources sector operators and contractors Investigating multiple serious safety incidents and fatalities, including representation of clients in regulatory investigations and prosecutions brought under WA work health and safety laws.
- Property Sector Client Assisting with the management of the employment of a long term ill or injured employee and representing them in associated litigation in the Fair Work Commission.
