Claire Campbell

Claire has experience practicing in administrative law, including advising, representing, and appearing as solicitor-advocate on behalf of, various Commonwealth Agencies in merits and judicial review matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts. Claire also has experience advising a range of NSW Government Agencies in the areas of dispute resolution, litigation and administrative law, as well as Commissions and Inquiries.

Experience

Claire’s experience includes advising:

  • various Commonwealth Agencies in merits and judicial review proceedings before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts, including Services Australia, the Department of Home Affairs, the National Disability Insurance Agency, the Attorney-General’s Department, the Department of Defence, the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; and
  • various Commonwealth and NSW Government Agencies by providing statutory interpretation, legislative development, and regulatory advice, as well as assisting with Coronial Inquests and a Special Commission of Inquiry.
