Amrita’s experience includes advising:
- an Australian transport and logistics company in a significant dispute in relation to a proposed enterprise agreement;
- a global healthcare and pharmaceuticals company in a breach of contract dispute;
- a multinational manufacturing company in relation to the redundancy of a number of roles in its Australian operations;
- a large overseas bank with operations in Australia in relation to the workplace policies and procedures affecting their Australian workforce; and
