Adam is a Partner in HWL Ebsworth’s Corporate and Commercial Team.
Adam advises his clients on a range of corporate and commercial law areas with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and restructuring, corporate governance, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.
Adam’s clients extend across multi-nationals, financial services firms, professional services firms, high net worth individuals, listed companies, incorporated associations, family-owned businesses and not-for-profits. His clients operate in a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, logistics, transportation, health/care services and professional services.
Experience
Adam’s experience includes advising:
- The Wichard Group, a French company specialising in maritime equipment, on its acquisition of Ronstan International Pty Ltd, an Australian sailboat hardware company (click here to read more);
- TasFoods on the sale of Betta Milk and Meander Valley Dairy to Bega Cheese Limited (click here to read more);
- Crackerjack Foods, a Melbourne-based manufacturer specialising in potato cakes on its sale to Lamb Weston, one of the world’s largest producers of frozen potato products (click here to read more);
- InComm Payments on the acquisition of The Card Network (click here to read more);
- MyGuestList in relation to the sale of the group to Mr Yum;
- An investor group in relation to its investment in a whisky distillery;
- Various clients on corporate governance and Corporations Act issues, including directors’ duties, conflicts of interest, election/appointment of directors; and
