The opportunity
Join our highly regarded Brisbane technology, sourcing and payments practice led by partners Michael Boughey, Yuban Moodley & Bill Singleton. You’ll be acting for a variety of private and Government clients in relation to complex commercial contracts, procurement, technology, IP, payments, and data. The practice is national so you’ll get direct client access and work with clients throughout Australia.
About you
We are looking for:
- corporate, commercial, technology and/or financial services lawyers who have the skill set and passion to draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts;
- lawyers who have experience or are interested in working in a number of sectors including in the public sector, technology sector, financial services sector and health sector;
- lawyers who have 3+ years PAE;
- lawyers with good working knowledge of contract law and good drafting skills;
- lawyers with a track record of advising on and delivering transactions for clients;
- appetite to mentor our brilliant junior cohort.
