Wendy is a Special Counsel in HWL Ebsworth’s Corporate and Commercial team.

Wendy’s experience includes:
- advising high net wealth and ultra high net wealth clients of a leading Private Bank in relation to their estate plans in both the South Australian and Victorian jurisdictions;
- acting for Malaysian based executor in administering South Australian estate to overseas beneficiaries, infant beneficiaries via South Australian Public Trustee and obtaining reseal of South Australian Probate in Malaysia;
- advising trustee/beneficiaries regarding exercising option to purchase company shareholding pursuant to deceased’s will, preparing option deed and attending to transfer of shareholding; and
- acting for clients in respect to guardianship/Administration Orders.
