She assists business owners and high net worth individuals in relation to business succession, estate planning and wills (with and without testamentary trusts). Pauline also assists executors and beneficiaries in relation to deceased estates.

Pauline’s recent experience includes:
- Property developers: Acquiring parcels of land by options, documenting nomination arrangements with third party developers (who ultimately develop the land);
- Individual property owners: Who combine to sell all their properties to a property developer;
- Financial industry: Concerning issues arising for mortgagees in possession, and receivers in relation to land and its sale;
- Executors and beneficiaries: Complex estate matters involving significant value, including transfers of wealth/companies/trusts to younger generation and extrication of companies/trusts from family group to benefit third party beneficiaries; and
- High net worth individuals: Advising and drafting documents for business succession and individual wealth transfer to the next generation.
