Michael has extensive experience acting and advising in relation to all aspects of the acquisition, development, funding and disposal of real estate.
Michael’s focus is assisting clients in carrying out the development of community titles schemes.
Michael also has extensive experience advising builders in respect of property transactions, including display village agreements and regularly provides advice to body corporates in respect of by-laws.

Michael’s experience includes advising:
- JGL Properties in respect of a 299 lot community title scheme development (Newstead Series);
- Dennis Family Corporation in respect of a 169 lot community title scheme development carried out in stages (Tide Residences Maroochydore);
- Pointcorp in respect of a 157 hectare industrial estate (Crestmead Logistics Estate);
- Goldfields in respect of a circa 900 lot residential estate (Hayfield);
- Cbus Property in respect of a mixed use 267 lot community title scheme development (443 Queen);
- Dibcorp in respect of a 164 lot community title scheme development (mixed use);
- Private property developer in respect of a 108 lot community title scheme development; and
- Private property developer in respect of a 147 lot community title scheme development (mixed use).
