Michael Cameron assists property industry clients with commercial and industrial projects including office towers, shopping centres and other retail developments, the management and supervision of major due diligence exercises for commercial property disposals and acquisitions and commercial property conveyancing.
Michael manages and supervises lease document production and terms negotiation, drafts complex documentation and advises on tenancy management, lease interpretation and enforcement issues.
Experience
Michael’s recent experience includes:
- Devine Limited: Acting in relation to the development and leasing of a major commercial office complex at Butterfield Street, Herston;
- Reliance Petroleum: Representing for all leasing work associated with its regional Queensland operations, including as tenant of BP-branded service stations, depots and other facilities;
- Devine Limited: Acting in relation to the leasing of a 19 level office tower at 333 Ann Street, Brisbane;
- Gabba Central Shopping Centre: Advising in relation to the development and leasing of the shopping centre including lease to major retailer, Coles; and
- Suncorp-Metway Plaza and 179 Turbot Street: Advising in relation to the leasing.
