  • Village Fair Shopping Centres Lead lawyer on $150M sale of Glenmore Park Town Centre, anchored by Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and 60 specialty retailers, managing all contractual and transactional aspects.
  • Acting for major Sydney Landlords and Tenants Drafting and reviewing commercial and retail leases for a newly developed Sydney CBD buildings and industrial warehouses including Agreements for Lease during the base building construction phase and ancillary documents such as incentive deeds for fit out contributions and rent incentives.
  • Marina Resort and Caravan Park Acting on the sale of a resort and caravan park covering the property aspects of the transaction involving an option agreement, contract for sale and purchase of land and operating lease to work in conjunction with the business sale.
