Katherine is a Partner in the Banking and Financial Services group.
Katherine has extensive experience structuring, documenting and negotiating bilateral, complex club and syndicated financing arrangements on secured and unsecured bases. She specialises in corporate and acquisition finance, property and construction finance, agribusiness and mezzanine finance. Katherine also advises in connection with the application of the Personal Property Securities Act.
Acting for financiers (including domestic and offshore banks and non-bank lenders) and borrowers (including listed and other institutional borrowers), Katherine provides nuanced, practical advice to assist clients to achieve commercial outcomes. Katherine has spent time seconded to clients, including Westpac and Citibank, and has been named in Best Lawyers AustraliaTM as one of Australia’s best lawyers in the Banking and Finance Law category since 2014.
