Fiona David
Fiona David has expertise as a commercial property and transactions lawyer, particularly in the areas of commercial and retail leasing, commercial property capital transactions, conveyancing and general property transactions.
Fiona has acted for a diverse client base, including ASX and foreign listed corporations, property developers, landowners and national franchisors. Fiona also assists clients in the retail, office and industrial space as well as winery regions.
Fiona was a finalist in the “Young Gun of the Year” category of the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards. Fiona was also a finalist in the category of “Construction and Real Estate” of ’30 under 30′ awards and in the “Rising Star of the Year” category of the 2017 NSW Women Lawyers Achievement Awards.
Experience
Fiona’s experience includes advising:
- Centuria in respect of various major NSW acquisitions and managing the SA and ACT leasing;
- Dexus in relation to the acquisition and disposal of various assets including the recent sale of 45 Clarence Street for sold for over half a billion dollars and managing commercial and office leasing of part of the NSW portfolio;
- Stockland with respect to leasing related matters and commercial property transactions;
- Mirvac with respect to leasing related matters and commercial property transactions; and
- Deicorp acting for developer controlling the Shopping Centre leasing.
