Callum specialises in worker’s compensation claims under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 and common law claims arising from work-related accidents.
Callum assists clients defending and managing statutory and common law claims. These clients include insurance companies, self-insured employers and the Government Insurance Division.
