HWL Ebsworth has advised DCOH on its $150 million redevelopment project of the Darwin Civic Centre.
The proposal for the Civic Centre redevelopment outlined plans to construct a new 20-storey building, including a new library, function spaces, council chambers and public meeting rooms to better serve the community.
Following approval this week, construction is scheduled to commence from mid-year 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
