Simon is a Partner in the Banking and Financial Services group and has extensive experience in Australian and international corporate and acquisition finance transactions.
Simon acts for both major financiers and corporate borrowers across the breadth of financing transactions and in various sectors including agribusiness, energy transition, health and aged care, hospitality, marine and shipping, mining services and property. Simon also has experience in projects and infrastructure financing, property and construction finance, debt restructuring and cross-border financing.
Simon previously spent four years with Allen & Overy LLP in London and has worked in-house on secondment to Westpac Institutional Bank in Perth and The Royal Bank of Scotland in London.
