Ron Galea

Ron is a Partner in our Sydney Insurance Group and has over 11 years experience representing insurers in relation to catastrophic comprehensive third party insurance claims involving serious injuries and complex medical, quantum and intricate liability issues as well as advising and acting for self-insurers, insurance and employer clients in relation to employer’s liability, workers compensation litigation and work injury damages across various industries including the mining, health, transport and aged care sectors.

Ron has workers compensation claims management experience and has developed an understanding of the processes, challenges and strategies required to facilitate injury management and return to work.

Ron is focused on working closely with all stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome having consideration to risks and challenges experienced throughout the claims process.
