  • advising Pro Bono clients on a broad range of legal issues including charity law, governance and risk, policy work and commercial contracting;
  • assisting with the placement of work across the firm’s 800+ lawyers and being able to manage any issues that arise from the delivery of that work;
  • involvement in assisting junior lawyers and graduates on external Pro Bono secondments;
  • assisting with the day to day administration of the Pro Bono practice, including managing conflicts, legal and reputational risk, file opening, and budget approvals; and
  • assisting in training lawyers undertaking Pro Bono.
