  • Major agricultural property trusts: Acting in relation to acquisitions of substantial National property portfolios including the preparation and/or negotiation of contract documentation, agricultural leases, farm management agreements, contractor services agreements and agistment agreements;
  • Leasing property trust: Acting in relation to all leasing facets of numerous CBD office buildings (nationally) including the preparation of all leasing documentation;
  • Developer: Acting in relation to mixed use retail, office and residential development including the preparation of pro-forma contracts;
  • High net-worth companies and individuals: Acting in relation to the sale and acquisition of various types of commercial, industrial and residential property;
  • Major insurer: Acting in relation to the sale of a Melbourne CBD freestanding office building;
  • National investor: Acting in relation to the due diligence and contract negotiations on Melbourne CBD buildings including advising on lease documents, s.173 agreements, restrictive covenants, title and land use issues; and
