Veronica’s recent experience includes advising:

  • High net-worth companies and individuals in relation to the sale, acquisition and leasing of various types of commercial, industrial and retail property;
  • Major agricultural property trusts in relation to acquisitions of substantial National property portfolios including the preparation and/or negotiation of contract documentation, agricultural leases, farm management agreements, contractor services agreements and agistment agreements;
  • Leasing property trusts in relation to all leasing facets of numerous CBD office buildings (nationally) and shopping centres including the preparation of all leasing documentation;
  • Developers in relation to mixed use retail, office and residential developments including the preparation of pro-forma contracts;
  • A major insurer in relation to the sale of a Melbourne CBD freestanding office building;
  • National investors in relation to the due diligence and contract negotiations on Melbourne CBD buildings including advising on lease documents, s.173 agreements, restrictive covenants, title and land use issues; and
  • National hotel operator in relation to the sale of various hotels including the preparation of contract documentation, due diligence information, novation documents, transfer documents and complex settlement arrangements.
