Penny has extensive experience in advising a variety of clients including local and foreign listed corporations, national tenants, major institutional landlords and property developers. She advises on shopping centre redevelopments, mixed use developments, outgoings recovery, due diligence investigations and provides general leasing negotiation services and advice.
